When you visit

To deliver pages and photographs, our web hosting provider and image service Cloudinary process connection information, such as your IP address and the requested file address. This supports content delivery, security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. Fonts are hosted directly on this website.

Operational logs are kept for the time needed to maintain security and investigate technical issues, depending on their nature and the providers’ settings. See Cloudinary’s privacy policy for details of the image service.

Analytics only with your consent

Selecting “Allow analytics” loads Google Analytics 4. It helps us understand which pages visitors use and whether they proceed to an enquiry. It processes visit, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions. Cookie identifiers distinguish visits. This processing is based on your consent; declining does not restrict use of the website.

Recipients of analytics data include Google Ireland Limited and its processors. Processing by Google or Cloudinary may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. See their policies for information about transfer safeguards: Google and Cloudinary.

This website does not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Our custom events send only the page language, a fixed button identifier and its placement, not drawings or email contents. We also measure form starts and confirmed acceptance for sending. Form contents, filenames and contact details are not included in our custom events. Acceptance for sending does not confirm delivery or a completed sale.

What is stored in your browser

• Consent choice: the local storage entry teceram.analytics-consent.v1 contains your acceptance or refusal and its expiry date. It lasts 180 days across all language versions on this domain and is used only to remember your decision.
• Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_FS4E19JHQR are used only after consent. The website sets their lifetime to a maximum of 180 days, without automatically extending it on visits, and removes them from this domain when you decline or withdraw consent.

Cookie expiry is separate from the retention of data already sent to Google. That data is processed to evaluate website use according to the service settings. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement; it does not itself erase earlier records. Contact us for information or to request erasure.

Enquiries and your rights

You can submit an enquiry through the form or directly by email. We use contact details and supporting documents to handle your request, discuss an order and, where applicable, perform a contract. Communication with a company’s contact person also relies on our legitimate interest in business communication. People handling the request and our email service provider have access as needed. We retain the information while handling the request and throughout the resulting business relationship, and longer only for document retention obligations or the protection of legal claims.

We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to deliver form submissions. It processes your email address, message, any company details, quantity and attachments, and forwards them to our mailbox. Attachments are not published or stored in the website’s public directory. Abuse prevention briefly processes technical connection data. Sending an enquiry does not require analytics consent and does not subscribe you to marketing. Resend may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA; see its privacy policy and data processing addendum for processing terms and transfer safeguards.

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time in Cookie settings, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your competent supervisory authority.
