Custom manufacturing
One-off and small-batch ceramic parts based on drawings and operating conditions. Our manufacturing processes include CNC machining and isostatic pressing.
Discuss manufacturingWe manufacture custom ceramic parts from Al₂O₃ and ZrO₂. From prototypes to small batches, with advice on material selection and your technical requirements.

Have a drawing, a sample to discuss, or a material question? We can join your project at its current stage.
One-off and small-batch ceramic parts based on drawings and operating conditions. Our manufacturing processes include CNC machining and isostatic pressing.
Discuss manufacturingPrototypes, validation samples and test batches for developing your part. We also work on the design of moulds and forming tools.
Request a prototypeWe help you select a ceramic material based on the function of your part and its operating environment. You do not need to choose a material before contacting us.
Discuss your requirementsAl₂O₃ and ZrO₂ oxide ceramics are at the core of our range. We consider the material grade together with the part geometry and application requirements.
Al₂O₃, also known as corundum. Specify the material designation if known, or describe the function of your part. For a replacement component, a drawing and a description of wear are useful.
Discuss an Al₂O₃ partZrO₂, also known as zirconia. The specific material grade matters when making a selection. Include any prescribed material and describe the mechanical, thermal and chemical operating conditions.
Discuss a ZrO₂ partNeed a different ceramic material? Send its designation or describe the purpose of the part. Composition, properties, dimensions and tolerances need to be agreed for each project.
Discuss material selectionWe manufacture tubes, nozzles, pistons, seals and other structural ceramic parts to specification. Examples from our company photo gallery. Custom shapes follow the drawing and the function of the part; these photographs are not a stock catalogue.
Select an image to open the full photograph. The exact material or its properties cannot be determined from a photograph.
Discuss the geometry, mounting arrangement and mechanical loads.
Describe the operating temperature, temperature changes and atmosphere.
Specify the function of the part and electrical insulation requirements.
Include the medium, pressure, temperature and sealing conditions.
Each project starts with a review of your requirements. We consider dimensions, material and manufacturing processes together.
A drawing or part description, quantities and operating conditions. You do not need every detail ready — we can start with a consultation.
Together we clarify the material, key dimensions and requirements. We review feasibility and agree on the next steps.
Scope, technical conditions and timing are agreed for your project. Depending on the requirements, a prototype or validation batch may come first.
We are a family-owned manufacturer of technical ceramics. We combine custom manufacturing, development and material advice for customers in the Czech Republic and abroad.
In 2021, Teceram HK s.r.o. took over the activities of Teceram – Ing. Vladimír Kotek. Our production facility is in Turnov and our registered office is in Liberec.
Send us a drawing or describe the problem you need to solve. If you are unsure about the material, we can discuss the choice with you.

Yes. We offer one-off and small-batch production, prototypes and validation batches. We assess the feasibility of each part based on your requirements.
Send a description of the function and operating conditions of your part. Material selection can be part of the consultation; it is not a prerequisite for making an enquiry.
Attach it to the form as a PDF, JPG, PNG or STEP/STP file (up to 3 files, 3 MB in total). Email larger documents or other formats to teceram@teceram.cz. If you do not have a drawing yet, start with a description of the part and its use.
